Howard Johnson Plaza Kansas City Hotel & Conference Center – Hotel near airport in Kansas City

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were in good condition with large windows offering a great view, which was a definite plus. However, I was a bit uncertain about the service as I didn't even know when a Manager would be available. On the bright side, they graciously cancelled my reservation without penalty when they couldn't meet my needs. The location was a bit off the beaten path in an industrial area, but it was just outside the main attractions of Kansas City. Although the dining only offered English muffins, they were fresh and soft, adding a nice touch to the stay. The facilities were decent but could use some improvement. Price-wise, it was reasonable, but not the best value for money.
